The Small Content Desk provides tailored content services created specifically for each client's business.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact hello@smallcontentdesk.com as soon as possible.

Before work begins:
If work has not yet started, please contact us and we will review your cancellation request.

After work has begun:
Once work has started on your tailored project, payments are generally non-refundable because time and capacity have already been allocated and work has been carried out specifically for your business.

If The Small Content Desk is unable to provide the service you purchased, we will refund any appropriate amount relating to work that has not been provided.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
